Our tastes and preferences

We generally favor wineries with good dry whites and reds. We love single-vineyard tastings and interesting pairings. Jenn has a drier palate and particularly enjoys dry riesling, grüner veltliner, and saperavi. Paul favors slightly sweeter wines like a semi-dry riesling or a fruit-forward rosé.
